Being a Canadian, I usually bump up against an issue with preset address locations only having US states and zipcode options - this may have been an issue with the profile. My US team mates tell me that they aren't able to add me onto their team and they are eager for me to get this straightened out so they can get on with the team registration. But I think it would be better to allow certain fields to be optional. Really, my name, email, and city and state should be enough publicly available info about me.
